Fresh from the news wires, CNN says Libya will buy OLPC laptops for ALL of their 1.2 million school children.

Actually, they signed an MOU with Libya, not a purchase order.

It should be noted that olpcnews is not an offical source of news for OLPC but an independent news source. I have no doubt that CNN, BBC, olpcnews or any other news source all have a piece of the puzzle. It is up to the reader to determine who has got what right and to see what happens in the future.

Yeah, I seriously doubt that those computers will ever get delivered.
