See this is why people hate doctor visits. Well this and big needles. I shouldn't use clinical terms but it is basicly a cold. Well, reminants of a cold. Basicly a short term (acute) infection of the lungs. Short term is relitive because this could last anywhere from a week to three months but generally a week is a good estimate. Mine is most likely minor because I haven't gotten a fever or at least not a high one and only ocationaly have coughing fits though it is still hard to breath. I didn't go to my doctor this time because she usually perscribes antibiotics to combat any opertunistic bacteria based ailments that may want to take advantage of my distracted immune system. The problem is that most bronchitis is viral based so antibiotics do nothing except breed antibiotic resitant bacteria strains and make me feel high when I forget I am taking them and happen to drink a beer (don't try that, it kills your liver). My treatment you ask? Lots of soup and liquid and some dextromethorphan which is more commonly known as Robitussin DM; a simple household cough suppressant often with an extra kick of guaifenesin which is an expectorant. No need explaining that one as it is quite disgusting.

So actually besides not being able to breath and having coughing fits I am feeling quite well. Thanks for the concern though. Hope you get over your cold soon.

Don't worry, there is always snow in northern Italy mountains in January, and all the resorts have snow cannons, should they be necessary.
Skiing tourism is the primary resource for hundreds of thousand people.
